The used cooking oil collection machine is both eco-friendly and highly convenient for everyday use. With its modern design and superior features, the used cooking oil collection machine promises to become the top choice for businesses and residents.

The goal of the project

ECO OIL is developing and assembling Vietnam’s first automatic used cooking oil collection machine. With the goal of saving labor, reducing collection costs, raising public awareness about collecting used cooking oil to protect the environment, and ultimately promoting a green, civilized, and convenient lifestyle for Vietnamese society.

By using the used cooking oil collection machine, ECO OIL aims to help people save effort, avoid storing oil in plastic bags or pouring it down the sink, which causes unsanitary conditions and clogs the drainage system. Now, you can easily collect and contribute to environmental protection more conveniently.

Moreover, this project is launched with the hope of educating the Vietnamese public about collecting used cooking oil to recycle it into valuable fuels, raising awareness that used cooking oil is also a precious energy source for promoting sustainable development and a circular economy.

Finally, the automatic used cooking oil collection machine is a step towards a green, clean, and smart future for Vietnam, fostering a lifestyle that is not only smart and convenient but also sustainable, preserving environmental resources for future generations.

Activities of the project

At the end of May and the beginning of June, ECO OIL conducted a pilot survey in residential buildings in Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 to develop a plan for identifying suitable locations for placing automatic used cooking oil collection machines in this urban area. The placement locations need to be spacious, easily visible, and most importantly, close to public power sources within the residential clusters of Vinhomes.

After deciding on the machine placement locations, ECO OIL collaborated with Vinhomes to determine the number of machines needed for the urban area and finalized the placement sites for residents’ use.

Finally, in June, the first automatic used cooking oil collection machine was completed at ECO OIL’s headquarters, and we are continuing to produce more machines to implement the installation plan in the urban areas.

The result of the project

Được thiết kế với tông màu xanh và trắng nhằm thể hiện mục tiêu hướng tới một môi trường xanh, sạch của ECO OIL. Chiều cao và chiều rộng của chiếc máy vừa đủ để tiện phục vụ cho cả trẻ em và người lớn trong việc thu gom dầu ăn qua sử dụng, không quá cao ngoài tầm với của trẻ nhưng cũng không quá thấp để gây bất tiện trong việc thu gom đối với người trưởng thành.

Ngoài ra, máy còn được trang bị với màn hình dùng cho việc tương tác và quy đổi cho người dân. Màn hình tiện lợi, thân thiện với người sử dụng ở mọi lứa tuổi do thiết kế tương tự với những loại màn hình của máy tính, vô tuyến nhưng lại có thể tương tác được bằng cảm ứng, ECO OIL nghiên cứu tích hợp các tính năng vô cùng đơn giản, dễ dùng để hỗ trợ việc thu gom diễn ra thuận lợi nhất có thể.

Cuối cùng, hệ thống máy thu gom có thể chứa một lượng dầu ăn qua sử dụng rất lớn với sức chứa gần 100kg dầu ăn qua sử dụng. Ngoài ra, người dân có thể dễ dàng đổ dầu vào khay thu gom dầu đã được thiết kế với hình phễu để tránh tình trạng bị tràn dầu ra ngoài.

Designed in green and white to emphasize ECO OIL’s commitment to a clean and green environment, the machine is perfectly sized to be convenient for both children and adults to use. It’s neither too high for kids nor too low for adults.

The machine also features a user-friendly touch screen for interactions and point redemption. The screen is easy to use for all ages, resembling familiar computer and TV screens but with touch functionality. ECO OIL has designed simple, intuitive features to make the collection process as smooth as possible.

The machine can store a significant amount of used cooking oil, with a capacity of nearly 100kg. Residents can easily pour oil into the collection tray, which is funnel-shaped to prevent spills.

Development plan

The used cooking oil collection machine is a beneficial device for both families and the environment. Investing in this machine not only saves money but also helps protect the environment and promotes a green, sustainable lifestyle.

Through this project, ECO OIL plans to develop a smart collection system integrated with a mobile app to enhance user convenience. We also aim to expand the machine’s use beyond Vinhomes urban areas, reaching more urban regions and eventually placing machines in central districts of major cities like Da Nang, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City.
